I have used computer aided engineering (CAE) to develop a program which allows customers to manipulate key parameters of a standardized design. The program uses those parameters to perform calculations, and updates the CAD models and technical documents. Upon customer approval, the program outputs a G code for CNC machining of that one particular part as well as drafting PDFs of the essential parts.
In addition to mass customization, I have used computer skills to optimize processes. I have experience using actual optimization software, but am also very proficient at optimization in excel.
